History
Coastal Plastic Surgery Centre was established by plastic surgeons, offering both surgical and non-surgical management of plastic surgery issues ranging from complex congenital deformities, skin cancer management, reconstructive surgery, hand surgery and cosmetic surgery.
Coastal Plastic Surgery Centre have always had the provision of high quality Plastic and Reconstructive Surgical Services to its patients as their number one priority in a friendly pleasant atmosphere with staff that are enthusiastic, motivated and eager to provide clients with a individual care.
Our Mission is to promote a work environment that enables the associates and staff to provide a total service and all our Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons have Fellowships of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and are members of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons.
Our Surgeons also volunteer their services every year to the provision of free Plastic and Reconstructive surgery seminars in developing countries. They have travelled to Papua New Guinea, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka with Interplast Australia. Most of the surgery carried out on these volunteer humanitarian visits is for congenital abnormalities such as cleft lip and palate as well as reconstructive surgeries often for burns trauma.
Coastal Plastic Surgery also provide pre and post operative occupational therapy services through Peninsula Hand Therapy Group; who provide pre operative and post operative care for patients who have had hand surgery, providing them with important exercises to ensure a more positive outcome and for those patient on work care a quicker return to work and provides treatment for sun spots, blemishes and skin pigmentation & permanent hair removal with non-invasive Laser Genesis through Dermal Aesthetics.
